Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meshli iOS application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Meshli. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create a Meshli account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using Meshli, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to any person or organization
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the security of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or reconstruct the Meshli connection graph or other users' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

If another user is behaving inappropriately, you can block them within the app. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as described below.

Meshli lets you form connections with other users and assign a connection type (such as Friend, Colleague, Family, or Acquaintance) to describe your relationship. You may also add a profile photo and bio. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for respecting the privacy of people you connect with.

Because Meshli's core feature is visualizing how people in a network relate to one another, forming a connection may make certain information about that connection (such as its existence, and any mutual or intermediate connections it creates) visible to other relevant users through the app's discovery features.

Meshli offers a free plan and a Premium plan. The free plan currently supports up to 200 connections. Meshli Premium removes this limit and unlocks additional network functionality. Premium is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.

Pricing for Meshli Premium is set and displayed by Apple at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We do not display fixed prices on this website because pricing is determined by the App Store.

All purchases of Meshli Premium are billed and processed by Apple through your Apple ID, using Apple's In-App Purchase system. Meshli does not collect or process your payment card details directly. Your purchase is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, Meshli Premium subscriptions automatically renew for an additional monthly or yearly term (matching the plan you selected), and your Apple ID will be charged for renewal in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.

You can manage or cancel your Meshli Premium subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device. Meshli cannot cancel or refund your subscription directly, as billing is handled entirely by Apple.

The Meshli name, logo, and app design are the property of Meshli. Except for the content you submit (such as your profile information), we retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and branding.

Meshli is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in our Account Deletion page.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meshli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Meshli after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
